Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SplitWing (splitwing.io), operated by Game Up High LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

SplitWing provides flight price analysis and information. We are not a travel agency or airline and we do not sell or issue tickets. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the airline or booking provider.

Estimates, not guarantees

Fares, savings, point-of-sale prices and other figures are estimates. Where a scan is labeled "Modeled data" it is not a live quote. Prices change and may not be available when you book. We make no guarantee that any price, route or saving can be obtained.

Your responsibility

Some strategies we describe, such as self-transfer (separate) tickets, hidden-city ticketing, or purchasing in another country's market, may be restricted by an airline's contract of carriage or a seller's terms, and may result in cancelled tickets, denied boarding, lost loyalty benefits or additional costs. Self-transfer tickets are not protected if you miss a connection. You are responsible for reading and following the applicable terms, visa and entry rules and for any decision you make using our information.

Payments

Paid features are processed by Stripe. The Route Unlock ($9, one-time) unlocks the full details of a single scan. The AeroQuant™ Pro Pass ($19 per month) unlocks all scans and the Stealth Price Watcher, renews monthly until canceled, and can be canceled at any time to stop future charges. Prices may change for future purchases. For billing questions email support@splitwing.io.

Refunds

Because unlocked content is delivered immediately, one-time unlocks are generally non-refundable, but if something is broken or you were charged in error, email support@splitwing.io within 7 days and we will review it in good faith. Pro Pass cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload or attempt to bypass the paywall or security of the service, resell our output, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Up High LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from bookings made using the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
