Privacy Policy

SplitWing (splitwing.io) is operated by Game Up High LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site.

What we collect

• Search details: the airports, dates, cabin and traveler count you enter, and the analysis we generate. These are stored with a random scan ID so you can return to your results.
• Email address: only if you set up a Stealth Price Watch (to send you the alert) or pay through Stripe (Stripe shares your email with us).
• Payment records: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and your email but never your full card number.
• Cookies: a cookie that remembers which purchases unlock which scans on your browser. We do not use it for advertising.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly page-view analytics from Vercel (no cross-site tracking). Our affiliate partner network Travelpayouts also loads a script on the site that tracks link clicks for commission attribution.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To run scans and show your results, to process unlocks and subscriptions, to send price-watch alerts you requested, to prevent abuse, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and, when enabled, flight-data providers and Anthropic (route details, with no personal data, may be sent to generate explanatory text).
• Affiliate partners: when you click an affiliate link, the partner receives the click and an anonymous scan identifier and may set its own cookies. See our affiliate disclosure.
• Legal: if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep scans and purchase records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your price-watch email and related data.

Your choices

You can clear cookies in your browser (you may lose access to unlocked scans on that device), stop a price watch by emailing support@splitwing.io, and ask to access or delete your data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete. We do not sell personal information.

Children

SplitWing is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
